We are building a game-changing business in the Information Security & Data Privacy Compliance space, and we are looking for a highly motivated associate who will work closely with our clients and champion them internally.
This role is a unique blend of strategic thinking, direct client engagement and operational support, requiring a keen appreciation for the nuances of customer interaction and an interest in the ever-evolving world of information security. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maximise the value from our platform, assisting them through onboarding and ensuring they get to success. You’ll advocate for the client in product discussions and ensure their voice is heard and their requests are prioritised on our roadmap.
What you’ll be doing
🤹 Client Interaction
Own your client portfolio from onboarding to implementation to long-term strategic planning. We’re looking forward someone to do more than check the box to ensure customer joy. You will:
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from the Sales team and a strong start to their journey with Complyance.
- Develop and run our 4 part onboarding process (Onboard, Configure, Test & Go Live and Ongoing Support)
- Provide operational support to our clients, ensuring seamless integration and utilisation of the latest features.
- Execute the work thoughtfully with a keen eye on the detail to build trust with clients.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for your client inquiries, offering timely and empathetic solutions to their challenges.
- Nurture your client portfolio to ensure renewals, facilitate upsell conversations, and encourage client referrals.
🤑 Sales & GTM Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover as we onboard more clients.
- Identify and surface client needs that can be used tactically in sales conversations.
- Introduce clients to new features and modules and identify upsell opportunities.
- Understand and distill the customer’s voice into actionable marketing insights that will help guide our marketing efforts.
🛠️ Product Collaboration
You’ll get full end-to-end exposure to product and feature roadmapping.
- Surface insights and user problems to the wider team to guide the product roadmap.
- Champion your clients by voicing their priorities and advocating internally.
🚀 Operations
- Help build the plane as we fly it - by helping to mature our processes, knowledge base (decks, talk tracks), and expectations as we go along
- Develop workflows, support pages, and training materials for our customer support channels and internal training.
