We act as strategic partners, understanding our clientsâ complex business needs and advising them on the journey to their version of compliance excellence.
As a Client Strategy Associate, youâll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maximise the value from our platform, while building strong, lasting partnerships. Youâll advocate for the client in product discussions to ensure their voice is heard and their requests are prioritised on our roadmap. This is a strategic, high-impact role that balances client ownership, product problem-solving and software implementation.
What Youâll Do
- Fully and confidently own your client relationships. Youâll build total trust by knowing your customers inside and out, proactively identifying risks before they surface, and navigating complex needs with clarity and empathy. Your ownership ensures every touchpoint feels intentional, aligned, and focused on long-term success and growth.
- Lead the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding and implementation to renewal and expansion. Youâll ensure the whole implementation is seamless for each client, executing the work thoughtfully with a keen attention to detail. As their main point of contact, youâre responsible for showcasing exciting new features and driving maximum adoption.
- Act as a strategic advisor, helping customers maximize the value of our platform based on their goals and use cases. Youâll bring a consultative mindset to every conversation, working closely with clients to proactively recommend new ways to use our platform and architect new workflows.
- Become an expert in the Complyance platform and creatively solve client challenges. By bringing a consultative mindset to every conversation, youâll help each customer shape a solution that feels purpose-built for their organization. It might be configuring custom fields, designing tailored workflows, or integrating with the tools they already rely on - every day will be a new challenge!
- Collaborate across Product, Sales, and Strategy to advocate for your customers. Youâll work hand-in-hand with the Product and Strategy team to surface meaningful feedback, spot emerging needs, and proactively shape the roadmap based on real customer insight. Youâll support late-stage Sales conversations by advising on implementation strategies and demonstrating the depth of our platform. You wonât just advocate for the customerâyouâll be a key driver of how their needs shape the future of Complyance.
- Build the plane as we fly it! The Customer team are always working to to develop scalable, high-impact resources that elevate the customer experience. Youâll distill complex workflows into clear, actionable content that empowers customers to self-serve with confidence, reduces friction across the journey, and frees up our team to focus on deeper, high-value engagements.
