We are building a high-performing, thoughtful sales organization and are looking for an Account Executive to help us scale new business across enterprise accounts.

The Role

As an Account Executive at Complyance, you will own opportunities from first meeting through close, working across enterprise prospects. You will engage senior stakeholders, lead discovery and evaluations, and guide buyers through a consultative, value-led sales process.

You will operate in a nuanced, evolving environment, balancing structure with adaptability as the company scales. You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineering and leadership on more complex deals, while maintaining ownership of deal momentum, buyer experience, and execution quality.

This role is ideal for sellers who want to deepen their deal ownership, sharpen enterprise selling skills, and grow into larger scopes of responsibility over time.
