We are building a game-changing business in the Information Security & Data Privacy Compliance space, and we are looking for a highly motivated, rockstar post sales associate manager who will work closely with our clients and champion them internally.
This role is a unique blend of operational support and direct client engagement, requiring a keen appreciation for the nuances of customer interaction. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maximise the value from our platform, assisting them through onboarding and ensuring they get to success. You’ll advocate for the client in product discussions and ensure their voice is heard and their requests are prioritised on our roadmap.
Our humble expectations at this stage
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and a strong start to their journey with Complyance.
- Develop and run our 4 part onboarding process (Onboard, Configure, Test & Go Live and Ongoing Support)
- Provide operational support to our clients, ensuring seamless integration and utilisation of the latest features.
- Communicate feature updates to clients
- Support existing clients with new product releases
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, offering timely and empathetic solutions to their challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and tech teams and feed back into both the sales narratives and the product roadmap.
- Advocate for our clients and ensure their voice is not only heard but also drives our product roadmap.
- Bring a Tech-first approach to our post sales processes across the board.
- Build out our customer support training pages and process

What you bring
- Previous work experience in fast-paced roles, with clear track record of impact and delivery of complex/cross-functional projects
- Ability to drive an independent or cross-functional project to completion, to a very high standard, with clear communication and expectations set along the way
- Very strong problem solving skillset (including both quantitative and qualitative analysis) and ability to run through walls/barriers to solve a problem at hand
- Confidence and comfort amidst fast-paced, changing context
- Strength in collaboration and teaming with others
- Excellence in communication skills (English), both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely document takeaways, next steps, and deliverables
