We are building a game-changing business in the Information Security Compliance space and are looking for a rockstar product design who will be involved in the full product development cycle: from brainstorming product innovations, to running workshops and research sessions, to designing simple solutions.

Our humble expectations

• Lead and actively participate in foundational user research and analysis, including translation into product implications and new ideas and incorporate data analysis into your concepts.
• Break down highly complex features into simple, usable and delightful user experiences for our users. You will define problem statements from gathered research insights to ensure we're working on the correct problems and opportunities.
• You have experience working with design systems, with ability to work creatively, building your own components outside of the design system when the experience calls for it.
• Design user-focused solutions that inspire. Bring concepts to life by iteratively creating prototypes at all levels of fidelity.
• Deliver the most suitable design solutions through validated user testing and ensure a seamless live implementation through supporting your engineering peers.
• Prior experience of working with Figma – you're comfortable using Figma for communicating feature specifications to designers, developers and other stakeholders

What you bring

• Proven experience delivering design solutions and demonstrated excellence in at least two areas: UX, Visual Design or Research
• Demonstrated experience in designing and shipping web applications and services
• Good english communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely document plans and deliverables
